Who We Are

Jones Property Management Group is a family-owned short-term rental property management group located in Atlanta, GA. We welcome travelers from all over the country to stay in our luxury corporate housing.

Our primary focus is the business traveler (traveling nurse, visiting doctor, corporate relocatee, flight attendant, etc.) but anyone is welcome to stay at our properties.

We also help busy homeowners and real estate investors manage their properties.

Services

Professional Cleaning

We provide on-site staffing who oversee professional cleanings after every guest leaves.  This ensures that your home remains in tip-top shape and reduces the wear and tear on your property.  Who else can say that their home gets professionally cleaned at least twice a week?!   Possibly more depending on the length of stay.  As homeowner, you can also visit the property between reservations to make sure everything is up to par.

Maintenance

Around the clock guest support and maintenance are always on us.  We call the handyman, electrician, plumber – you name it – we’ve got it!

Noise

Noise may be a major factor within the short term rental industry, but it isn’t for us.  We monitor noise to ensure that your property never encounters any noise violations.
